Whoever finishes closest to 21 wins. The house must draw one more card at 16 or lower and must stand at 17 or higher. Ace counts as either 1 or 11. King, Queen, Jack and 10 count as 10. If you start with two of the same cards you can split your hand into two separate hands. You can double down if you have a 9,10, or 11 total in the first two cards.
